Posts may contain affiliate links, which means if you click on one of the product links I’ve mentioned or purchase through that link, I may make a commission. This is not added onto your cost and of course I only recommend things that I genuinely think you’ll find value in. Thank you for finding my recommendations helpful and for supporting me and my blog!

Confidentiality is of utmost importance to me. If you are my client for therapy, I will NEVER disclose something that could lead someone to discover anything about who you are or what you’re going through. If I share an experience from a counseling session, I will be certain to speak in broad terms (example: “many people who come to therapy struggle with assigning chores in the home”) in order to both protect the rights of my clients and relate best to my blog’s readers.

Photographs used on this blog are used with permission from the photographer. Ryan from Paine Productions did my profile picture. Other photos are from the lovely site StockSnap or Death to the Stock Photo, which is a team of super talented photographers who are also extremely generous.
